Agnieszka Kozień

Agnieszka Kozień is a Polish painter and traveler, working mainly in oil painting, photography and graphic design.

 

In 1995 she obtained a diploma of graduation from the Faculty of Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow.

 

In 1997 she received the Creative Scholarship of the City of Krakow, in 1999 and 2003  the Creative Scholarship of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage.

 

Awards:
2006 - 1st Honorary Distinction in the Photography Competition "Tibet in the Photography of Polish Travelers" in Krakow.

 

2003 - Honorary Distinction at the 4th Triennial of Self-Portrait in Radom.

 

2000 - Honorary Distinction at the 5th International Biennial of Young Artists "Vox Humana" in the Czech Republic.

 

1996 - Honorable Mention in the National Painting Competition "Habitat and Social Development", organized by the United Nations Agency for Social Development and the National Museum in Warsaw.

 

She is the author of 20 individual exhibitions and has participated in numerous group
exhibitions.

 

Her works are in many private collections, mainly in Europe and the

USA.
