PROFFESIONAL PRINTER:
Our printing is powered by the EPSON Stylus PRO 9900, a cutting-edge large-format printer known for its remarkable performance. It boasts ultra-high resolution, an extensive color range, and employs an advanced Micro-Piezo Thin Film ITFP) head with Variable Sized Droplet Technology, ensuring outputs with exceptional gradations and color density. The printer employs Epson's ULTRACHROME HDR archival ink, featuring an 11-color cartridge configuration that excels in both color and black & white prints. This pigment ink offers an expanded color gamut on Photo and Matte Papers and reduces metamerism effects, resulting in consistent, predictable, and durable prints with remarkable color reproduction accuracy.
FRAMING:
Using black/white Italian-Made frame, our prints come framed in a classic frame with a 3cm mat board that runs around the edge of the photograph for an elevated look and feel. Professionally-finished and comes ready to hang.
We use 3mm ultra-clear, high-quality acrylic to achieve the best clarity, as this is a very important factor in achieving amazing brilliance in the colours and gives more protection from UV radiation, meaning that the colours will stay vibrant for a long time. This will also make the framed piece lighter and more shatter-proof than traditional framed prints using ordinary glass.

Delivery Time:
Our meticulously crafted fine art prints usually require 7 to 10 business days for printing, mounting, framing, and shipping. Once your order is dispatched, we'll provide you with a tracking number for your convenience.
Damaged Print:
In the rare event your print arrives damaged, please notify us promptly. Kindly send us photographs of the damaged print and its packaging box to info@arttraveller.com.au. We would be grateful if you could include images of the box, even if there are no obvious signs of damage.
Lost Order:
If your order is labeled as delivered but has not yet arrived, please reach out by emailing info@arttraveller.com.au, and we will locate it for you.
Expedited Shipping:

Framing Customization:
If you desire a more personalized approach, we provide unframed prints, giving you the freedom to customise the framing to your liking.
Custom Frame Modifications:

Our frames are meticulously crafted by hand using wood, ensuring quality and durability. Each frame is delivered ready to hang.
Signed Prints:
We currently do not offer signed or numbered prints.
Print Finish:
All of our artworks are printed on a robust 310gsm smooth matte archival paper, meticulously crafted from 100% cotton rag to ensure exceptional quality.
Framed Art:
Our framed art includes a durable sheet of UV-blocking acrylic. Although this material may incur higher costs compared to glass, we've selected it for its superior protective properties and reduced risk of damage during shipping.
Return Policy:
We take pride in individually crafting each piece to order, and therefore, we are unable to accommodate returns.
Size Exchange:
Due to the customised nature of our pieces, all sales are considered final. Regrettably, we are unable to process returns or exchanges.
Order Changes and Cancellations:
If you require any modifications or wish to cancel your order, kindly do so within 24 hours of placing your initial purchase. Once the framing process commences, we regretfully cannot make any alterations. Our goal is to deliver a personalized piece of art tailored to your preferences.
